Hello, I am Beatrice Soto-Martinez. I was a dedicated Virtual Assistant for 5 years, working for a global real estate company as the HR/Office Manager and EA to the CEO and Chairman. I set up the London office at the beginning of 2014 and assisted the CEO and his family with their move to the UK. After the closure of the London office in October 2018, I decided to go it alone as a virtual assistant/administrative consultant.
I have 24 years’ experience in supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. My skills range from administration, research, finance, HR (CIPD), office management, event management and even as a buyer.
Over the years I have worked in the following sectors: advertising, management consultancy, banking (real estate), private equity (real estate), family office (real estate), technology (real-time information), market research, luxury brands, and retail.
I pride myself in my ability to problem solve, my “get things done” attitude, and being able to think both in and outside the box. I thrive on being able to support those that want to work smarter, not harder, allowing them to focus their time on the things that really matter to them. I am fully versed in most IT packages and have proven systems in place to work remotely.
